About the School
The Czech & Slovak School is a volunteer-run program of American Sokol Washington, DC. Our native-speaking, experienced teachers deliver engaging lessons in language, history, music, and folklore, fostering pride in Czech and Slovak heritage. All are welcome!

Who We Serve
- Preschool (ages 3–4) – Play-based learning
- Beginner–Advanced (ages 5–14) – Czech & Slovak classes
- Online Czech for Adults – Not offered this semester due to low demand
Weekly Rhythm
- Language: 6:45–8:00 PM
- PE Hour: 8:00–9:00 PM
- Fall: Early Sept–End Jan
- Spring: Early Feb–Early Jun
